Most of the items are personalized & made-to-order. This means our products are designed, produced & printed on demand just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s DayPresidents’ DayMemorial DayIndependence DayLabor DayThanksgiving, and Christmas.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1.Processing & Production time:

The majority of orders are processed & produced within 5 – 10 business days. This includes designing, printing, packaging, quality control…

2.Shipping time:

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Order processed (Includes designing, printing ,quality control..) 5 – 10 Days

Shipping time (shirt, hoodie, rug, blanket jacket,etc) : 10 – 30 Days

Time to receive the product (Production + Shipping Time): 15 – 45 days.

In other months, the time to receive the product is earlier.

Covid-19 Situation Shipping Time Delay:

Packages during Covid-19 time will be delayed from 5 – 10 business days than usual, this is something we can’t handle. We’re sorry and thank you for your understanding.

The total time from ordered to delivered in Covid-19 situation will be 15 – 45 business days.

Please be patient as we will do our best to speed up the processing time and ship the products to you asap.

We do understand your worry when shopping online. We always keep track of every order and give customers full information by sending update emails regularly

We ship our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our shipments are free.

If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

A problem with the Post Office? Parcel lost, broken, or destroyed? 

With our secure delivery, Otaku Area® takes care of the disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We don't pass the blame on to the carrier by letting you "handle it". We'll assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Order Cancellation & Return

Yes, as long as your order is not "  in process ".

It is definitely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in preparation, the cancellation costs would however be about 40% of the total order value.

We can only accept a return in the event of a proven product defect.

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to luffy@otaku-area.com with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience for our dear customers. Our team has taken care to measure each item and add the corresponding size chart in each product description. From then on, the buyer takes full responsibility for products that are too small/large. Nevertheless, we know that buying such an item can cause great frustration.
